Vice President of Marketing

- The Vice President of Marketing has the main focus of recruiting new members to join the BBA.  Throughout the year, the BBA facilitates numerous events for fundraising toward the development of the group and the community.  Promotional advertising is essential and another major task for the VP or Marketing.

The VP of Marketing should be an outgoing individual with a high degree of interpersonal skills.  They must be dependable and available to the BBA for the entirety of the school year.

Vice President of Finance

The responsibilities of the Vice President of Finance including book keeping for the club as a whole; as well as, each individual activity put on by the club.  Trending is an initiative that will be taken on by the VP of Finance.  In order to best account during the reviving of the BBA, it is essential to perform this trending analysis to most efficiently move into the future.

The VP of Finance should be a Bachelor of Accounting student.  They must be an organized individual with a high degree of skill with Microsoft Excel or Simply Accounting.

Vice President of Events and Activities

The Vice President of Events and Activities will take charge of all fundraising and charity events put on by the BBA.  IT will be the responsibility of the VP to plan, organized, and operate the various activities throughout the year.

The VP of Events and Activities must be an organized and responsible individual.  They must have good managerial and communication skills; as well as, be knowledgeable in sporting operations and event planning.

Vice President of Operations

The Vice President of Operations is to manage the club members whose purpose is to actively engage the Secondary School Students.  Ensuring members complete their individual goals is the main function of the VP.  They must open lines of communication with the members to ensure all regional schools are visited and feedback is documented.  The VP of Operations must ensure all members presentations are accurate and consistent to the standards set by the BBA.

The VP of Operations must be a confident individual with strong managerial skills.  They must be able to delegate work and handle possible conflict situations.  Having strong interpersonal skills is an asset in this position as this VP will have a high degree of contact with the members of the club.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities include organizing members information, scheduling meeting times and rooms, taking meeting minutes, and typing any necessary documents to prepare for the years activities.

The Administrative Assistant must be organized and computer literate.  They must have the ability to book meeting rooms and take notes in a timely and orderly fashion.
